Faisal Al-Saggaf

Faisal Omar Al-Saggaf is the Chief Executive Officer of the National Commercial Bank, he was appointed to this position in June 2018. Mr. Al-Saggaf, holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor degree in Economics from Harvard University, with over30 years of banking experience, starting his career in Corporate Banking Services Group at SAMBA. Al-Saggaf, then, held various positions; Division Head of Corporate Banking Group at the Saudi Hollandi Bank, Head of Corporate Banking Division at SAMBA, and the Financial Controller of Saudi Business Machines, and IBM’s agent in Saudi Arabia.

In addition to his executive duties at The National Commercial Bank, Al-Saggaf is also a board member in Türkiye Finans Katilim Bankasi.

Talal Alkhereiji

Talal is the Head of the Treasury Group at The National Commercial Bank. He is a graduate of Georgetown University where he received his Master’s degree in 1995 from the Edmund Walsh School of Foreign Service.

He spent seven and half years working in the Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority (SAMA) where he was a member of the “Advisory Group” charged with designing and implementing the organization’s investment policy, under which the Kingdom’s foreign exchange reserves were managed. Tactical asset allocation, investment research, proprietary fund management and fund manager selection / supervision were also key functions of that role.

Talal joined The National Commercial Bank in 2003 and to-date his roles have included heading the Assets and Liabilities Management department of Treasury. He also served as NCB’s ALCO Secretary until his appointment as Head of Treasury Group in July 2009 and has chaired the Treasurers’ Committee of Saudi Arabia for two consecutive years.


Majed Al-Ghamdi

Majed H. Al-Ghamdi is the Head of Corporate Banking Group at The National Commercial Bank, he was appointed to this position in August 2018. Majed holds a B.Sc in Industrial Engineering from King Abdulaziz University and a M.Sc in Risk Management from New York University’s Stern School of Business. He commenced his professional career with NCB 13 years ago through NCB’s Corporate Associate Program. During his years at NCB, he progressed through various roles under risk management and played a pivotal part in building Enterprise Risk Management capabilities at the Bank and within the NCB Group.

Majid is also a Board Member and Chairman of the Credit Committee at Türkiye Finans since March 2016, a member of the Higher Management Committee, Assets and Liabilities Committee, Credit & Remedial Management Committee, Operational Risk Committee, Small & Medium Enterprises Committee, and Digital Transformation Committee. Before working in the financial sector, he began his career at the Saudi Basic Industries Corporation (SABIC).


Dr. Said Al Shaikh

Dr. Said Alshaikh is a member of the Majlis Ashoura, serving as a member of the Economics and Energy Committee since 2009. Dr. Alshaikh is also a member of the Consultative Commission for the GCC Supreme Council.

Prior to his retirement in August 2018, he has been the Chief Economist at The National Commercial Bank since February 1998.

Dr. Al-Shaikh served as an assistant professor of Finance and Economics in the College of Industrial Management at the King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM) for the period between 1993 and 1998. He held a number of assignments including serving as a principal researcher at the Research Institute of KFUPM. In addition to working with KFUPM, he served as a part-time consultant for the Federation of the GCC Chambers of Commerce representing the Federation in several local and regional conferences. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals, and his Master’s degree in Public Policy and Planning from University of Oregon and a PhD in Economics from Cornell University.

Prof. Stephane Garelli

Stephane Garelli - a world authority on competitiveness - has pioneered research and the theory in this field. Professor Emeritus at IMD (Institute of Management Development) Lausanne, where he has founded the World Competitiveness Center, he is also Professor Emeritus of World Competitiveness at the University of Lausanne.

Professor Garelli is closely connected to the world of business. He was, among others, Chairman of the Board of Directors and shareholder of "Le Temps", the leading French language Swiss newspaper, Chairman of the Board of the Sandoz Financial and Banking Holding, and Member of the board of the Banque Edouard Constant.


Mark W. Yusko

Mark Yusko is the Founder, CEO and Chief Investment Officer of Morgan Creek Capital Management. He is also the Managing Partner of Morgan Creek Digital Assets. Morgan Creek Capital Management was founded in 2004 and currently manages close to $2 billion in discretionary and non-discretionary assets. Prior to founding Morgan Creek, Mr. Yusko was CIO and Founder of UNC Management Company (UNCMC), the Endowment investment office for the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Before that, he was Senior Investment Director for the University of Notre Dame Investment Office.

Mr. Yusko received a BA with Honors from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA in Accounting and Finance from the University of Chicago.


Jeffrey Cole

Jeffrey Cole has been at the forefront of media and communication technology issues both in the United States and internationally for the past three decades. An expert in the field of technology and emerging media, Cole serves as an adviser to governments and leading companies around the world as they craft digital strategies.

Trish Regan


Trish Regan is a multi Emmy-nominated journalist and the host of "The Intelligence Report with Trish Regan" airing daily on the Fox Business Network. Trish also serves as an economic commentator and guest anchor on Fox News programming.

She played a major role in the network's Election coverage and moderated two Republican Primary Presidential debates for Fox Business in the 2016 election cycle.

Prior to Fox, Trish anchored shows on both Bloomberg Television and CNBC. She began her career, while a student at Columbia University, as an analyst on the emerging markets desk in the Fixed Income division of Goldman Sachs. She is a former opera singer, member of the Council on Foreign Relations, and a mother of three. Trish, her husband, James, and their three children live in Manhattan.
